Delays after A40 smash
A TWO-vehicle crash on the A40 between Witney and Eynsham earlier this evening caused delays to traffic.
South Central Ambulance spokeswoman Michelle Archer said three people had been assessed by paramedics on the scene but they did not require hospital treatment.
She said: “We were called at 7.26pm to reports of a two-vehicle collision on the A40.
“We sent an ambulance crew and an officer.”
Drivers reported long queues on the A40 approaching the scene, at the section near Barnard Gate.
