There were yet more delays on Oxford Bus Company’s city services as a result of heavy congestion in Oxford this morning.
The contraflow system on the Southern Bypass as part of the Kennington roundabout and Hinksey Hill roundabout works have caused heavy congestion in the city.
Oxford Bus Company expect there to be more delays later this afternoon on their peak services.
