A hearing to decide whether land in Northway should be protected will continue this morning.
A group of residents submitted an application to designate the land in Foxwell Drive as a town green to protect it from plans to turn it into a junction across the A40.
Oxford City Council wants to create a link across the A40 to the proposed 900-home Barton Park development.
The hearing, at St Columba’s United Reformed Church in Alfred Street, will see inspector Ross Crail hear arguments for and against the application.
