A teenager from Oxford has been arrested on suspicion of GBH after a 32-year-old was attacked and left with a broken jaw.

Thames Valley Police said yesterday the 19-year-old has been released on bail until November 9.

He was arrested in connection with an incident at the football courts behind the Underhill Circus centre in Barton between 5pm and 7pm on Sunday, September 14.

The man was taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford, but has since been discharged.
