POLICE have set up a scene watch outside McDonald's in Cornmarket Street, Oxford, this morning following reports of an assault.
A 30-year-old man collapsed and was taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital following the call at about 2.30am.
Thames Valley Police spokeswoman Rhianne Pope said officers were trying to establish what exactly happened but confirmed no arrests had been made.
The police said they are still waiting to release details.
