Buses delayed due to congestion in Oxford
Bus services through Oxford are delayed by up to 25 minutes, Oxford Bus Company has said.
As well as rush-hour traffic and existing road works on the Southen By-Pass, a malfunctioning set of traffic lights at Wendlebury roundabout is causing delays from the M40 interchange near Bicester to Hinksey Hill interchange.
