A two-car crash caused a fuel spillage that closed the B4016 between Appleford and Didcot yesterday.
Police were called at 6.25am to the collision at the junction of Sires Hill and the B4016.
The spillage was cleared at 7.40am but motorists continued to face queuing traffic and congestion.
An ambulance service spokeswoman from said a woman in her 20s was treated at the scene for minor injuries and did not need to go to hospital.
