A man was yesterday cleared at Oxford Crown Court of plotting to deal crack cocaine after being caught with 18.9g of the drug.
James Marnell, 22, of Brent Park, London, admitted buying the class-A drugs in Bicester in March as they were cheaper than in the capital. He was cleared of possession with intent to supply, but was given a four-month prison sentence suspended for a year.
