A 22-year-old woman was inappropriately touched as she walked in George Street, Oxford, on Monday morning, police have said.
She was outside the Odeon cinema between 8.50am and 9am when a man approached her and sexually assaulted her.
Thames Valley Police released the details this morning and said the man had been described as white, about 6ft, of average build, with short brown hair. He was wearing a white hooded jumper.
They would like to speak to a potential witness who stopped to help the woman. This man is white, middle aged and between about 5ft 10ins and 6ft. He was wearing a dark suit and pale coloured shirt.
