Man in burglary case
A 32-year-old man has appeared in court charged with burgling a home and then stealing a BMW from the driveway.
Michael Sestanovich, of Purslane Drive in Bicester, has been charged with aggravated vehicle taking, vehicle damage under £5,000, burglary and theft.
The burglary is alleged to have happened in New Street at about 2.30am on Thursday.
He appeared at Banbury Magistrates’ Court on Friday and was remanded in custody to appear at Oxford Crown Court on Friday.
