A cyclist who sexually harassed two women is being hunted by police.
Thames Valley Police said the man made sexual comments and gestures to a woman in her forties on a bridleway near Knights Road in Blackbird Leys, Oxford, at about 5.45am yesterday. He then approached a teenage girl walking near the Ozone Leisure Park in Blackbird Leys and made sexual comments to her at about 8.50am.
He was described as white, in his late twenties, with dirty blond, unkempt hair, of average build, about 5ft 9in tall and wearing a scruffy green jacket. He was riding a black bike and was drinking from a bottle.
