A man accused of being part of a £1.3m drugs conspiracy told jurors he cannot remember what he was talking about when he was recorded speaking about “coke” to a drug dealer.
Shorne Ross denies being part of an Oxford-based conspiracy to supply class-A drugs in March.
The 42-year-old, of Mumford Drive, Rothersthope, Northampton, told Oxford Crown Court jurors yesterday he was definitely not talking about drugs in the February secret police recording.
The trial continues.
