WALLINGFORD Local Producers' Market was feeling fresh on Saturday as stallholders marked its seventh anniversary.
Among people manning stalls was Chloe Russell, a volunteer for Tolhurst Organic Partnership. She said: “I think more people appreciate good food than in the past.
“It was a great day for us. We were selling a lot of produce.
“It is a good time of year because we have summer veg and the first of the squashes and cauliflowers as well.”
The market, runs every Saturday between 10am and 1pm is held in the Regal Centre most weeks, except when a month has a fifth Saturday when it moves to the Market Place.
