FIRE crews were called to a house on Henry Road, off Botley Road, last night after a fire broke out in a tumble drier.
A spokeswoman for Oxfordshire Fire and Rescue Service said two fire engines were sent to the house just before 10pm.
She said: "There was a fire involving a tumble drier in a kitchen on the ground floor.
"Fire crews put it out and then left."
