A dehumidifier in a kitchen started a house fire this afternoon.
Two fire engines were called to a property in Ceder Road, in Botley, near Oxford, at 4.13pm.
By 5.16pm they had put out the fire, which an Oxfordshire Fire and Rescue Service spokeswoman said did not cause much damage.
No one was in the house at the time and no one was injured.
