SENIOR health officials are being asked to sign off a submission for £37.5m of funding from NHS England this week.
Oxfordshire County Council and Oxfordshire Clinical Commissioning Group have put together the bid for the Better Care Fund.
The money will be spent on matters such as reducing the number of elderly people who have to be admitted to a care home and tackling the issue of bed-blocking.
A decision to sign off the submission will be made by the health and wellbeing board tomorrow.
