PRIME Minister and Witney MP David Cameron sent a personal video message to youngsters who completed their National Citizen Service in Oxfordshire.
The video was shown at a graduation service at Oxford Brookes University, after 112 16 and 17-year-olds completed the course to help their communities and learn skills.
Mr Cameron said: “In just three weeks you’ve raised awareness and given a huge amount back into your communities.
“Here in Oxfordshire we’ve had a fantastic range of social action projects. You’ve shown what the National Citizen Service is all about.”
The Oxford Youth hopes to get 200 young people to take part in the scheme next year. For more information visit oayp.org.uk/index.php/projects/ncs
