Vodafone customers in Witney are still complaining there is poor signal in the town, despite the company denying any problems.
The Oxford Mail reported last month that residents were struggling to get mobile signal and 3G in the town.
One user posted on the network’s website on Tuesday: “I’ve noticed a deterioration of service that it is no longer possible to use mobile internet, let alone stream content, anywhere in the town.”
Vodafone spokeswoman Jane Frapwell said: “We are not aware of any problems, the local mast covering Witney is up and running, performing well. We’ve also checked surrounding masts and they are all performing as they should be.”
