OXFORD scientists are to study how “worriers” and “happy-go-lucky” people have different types of brains.
The project will see Oxford University’s department of psychiatry carry out tests on two groups taking antidepressant citalopram or a placebo. They hope to learn how people who think deeply about things and become easily stressed react differently to situations than those who “take things in their stride” while taking the drug.
