Extra police officers have been drafted into the Drayton area after a jogger was raped on a bridleway off the A34 last week.
Thames Valley Police had last night not made any arrests following the attack on the woman in her 20s on Thursday.
Det Insp Ailsa Kent said: “Offences of this nature are very rare, however additional resources have been put in the area to reassure the public and work with the community to gather information relating to the offence.”
Anyone with information should call 101.
