I attended the Barton Park briefing and presentation meeting at Oxford Town Hall on July 24.
I asked one of the Grosvenor development team whether the infrastructure would be put in prior to the houses being built? The representative confirmed that it would be. I have said before that we need more houses, but it is important that the infrastructure goes in first.
We already have flooding and raw sewage in gardens in Marston when there is flash flooding. Also the traffic at certain times in Marsh Lane is gridlocked and there is also problems at certain times in Old Marston village.
