THERE were exultant cheers at Blenheim Palace as the Knights of Arkley charged and jousted with one another in an annual tournament.
The event on the estate’s South Lawn yesterday saw an array of medieval activities, such as falconry displays, archery, and battles between men with swords and maces. It continues today and tomorrow.
