A woman who admitted kicking someone in the head had her sentencing adjourned again because she is in hospital.
Joanne Moriarty, of Hart Street, Oxford, was due to be sentenced yesterday at Oxford Crown Court but was unable to attend the hearing. She has pleaded guilty to carrying out an assault which caused actual bodily harm in March 2012.
The case will now be heard on a date yet to be fixed.
