Comment: NHS must explain its funding decision
IT IS scandalous that the NHS is refusing to answer why vital cash is being denied to the people of Oxfordshire.
Vital services provided over the winter, well-known as being the most demanding period for the health service, could be under threat as funding is slashed from £10m to under £4m.
There could be a very reasonable explanation for the funding decrease.
But NHS England has refused to proffer anything to defend its decision.
It is enough to make you sick.
