Stair fall kills man
A 79-YEAR-old Abingdon man died after falling down the stairs at his Appleford Drive home.
Retired electrical engineer Leonard VIncent was found by his wife Molly, a retired pharmacy technician, on Monday, July 21.
He was taken by ambulance to Oxford’s John Radcliffe Hospital, where he died the next day.
A post-mortem found he died from a brain haemorrhage.
His inquest on Thursday at Oxfordshire Coroner’s Court was adjourned until Tuesday, November 11.
