A decision will be made tomorrow on whether a taxi driver can continue to operate.

Oxford City Council’s hackney carriages and private hire licensing sub-committee will meet at Town Hall to rule on the case following the driver’s recent conviction.

However, the issue will be discussed in private so members of the public cannot attend and details have not been released.
