Concerning a Wallingford lady, aged 68, killed in a head-on crash (Mail, July 16): this is not unusual about deaths on our roads.
What is shocking about this death was that the lady suffered from blackouts, which contributed to her death.
Why was she allowed to have a licence? She should have been off the road with that condition.
