YOUNG Sean’an Nathwani got a buzz from a science display at a day of fun in Didcot on Saturday.
Residents flocked to Didcot Town Fayre in Edmonds Park to enjoy live music, bouncy castle, dog show and stalls.
The four-year-old, who tested his nerves with this buzzer game, said: “I thought that was fun and the experiment was good.”
The Didcot Town Council event was in its second year and was inspired by a 2012 celebration for the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee.
Didcot Town Mayor Scott Wilgrove’s mother-in-law Monica Soul supplied a fruitcake for visitors to guess the weight of.
He said: “It has been a lot of work to organise and everyone involved has put so much time in just to make this a better event than the first time we did it last year.
"We were hoping for a nice sunny day and the weather seems to be holding.
“It is lovely to see people here.”
