TRAIN lines have reopened but there are still delays on First Great Western services between Oxford and London Paddington this morning after a signalling problem.
A number of trains were cancelled including the 9.31am Oxford to London Paddington, which was due at 10.29am.
Tickets were accepted on London Underground, CrossCountry, Chiltern and South West Trains services.
First Great Western has said that lines through Twyford have been reopened and that some trains will resume their service, but could not say when all trains would return to normal.
There are still delays expected for trains running from London and Reading to Oxford, with most trains not stopping at Slough.
