Four men and two boys from Oxford have been arrested after a spate of thefts and attempted break-ins.
The suspects – two teens aged 16 and four men aged 18, 19, 23, and 29 – were arrested following 10 raids on homes, garages and unlocked vehicles in Oxford and the Chipping Norton and Middle Barton areas.
Sat Navs, cash and mobile phones were among the items stolen in the crimes between 9pm on Monday, June 30, and 3.30am on Tuesday, July 1.
Five of the incidents happened in Park Road, Chipping Norton. A silver Vauxhall Astra was also stolen from Grebe Close, Oxford, and number plates were taken from a car in Westbury Crescent, Oxford.
The suspects, who were arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to burgle and theft, have all been bailed until August 12.
