PART of the success of the Headington mushroom roundabout is that cyclists and pedestrians do not interfere with the traffic because subways have been provided and benefit everybody.
Surely a similar scheme could be introduced at both Cuttleslowe and Wolvercote roundabouts. I realise that Wolvercote roundabout has a railway tunnel underneath it so that could involve two of the crossovers going above ground further back from the actual roundabout.
