Homes in Bicester without power
AROUND 1,200 properties have been affected by the power cut which has hit Bicester.
Scottish and Southern Energy has said its engineers are trying to locate the fault and have re-routed the network to restore power in the meantime.
The company said it was affecting the Bicester and Caversfield areas.
