YELLOW lines do not have a great reputation. But railway bosses had hoped they would bring to an end an unwelcome headache for some residents in Radley.
Motorists who have been parking in the village in an attempt to avoid parking charges have left locals furious.
Attempts to stop them, however, have not left villagers any better.
Instead, they want the park and ride charges that pushed some motorists to sneak onto Radley’s roads to be scrapped.
Whatever happens, it seems that, once again, ordinary residents have been left feeling short-changed.
