A man has appeared in court and denied two counts of rape and one count of sexual assault.
Jordan Gibbs, of Saxon Way, Headington, attended a plea and case management hearing yesterday at Oxford Crown Court.
The 26-year-old is accused of committing the crimes on September 30 last year against a woman who cannot be identified.
He is due to appear in court again for a trial which is expected to last around seven days in May next year.
Gibbs was released on conditional bail.
