Had 123 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Given an eight-week prison sentence suspended for 12 months, together with a supervision order and told to do 100 hours of unpaid community work. Told to pay an £80 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 32 months.
Melissa Baker, 20, of Bath Street, Abingdon, admitted driving without care and attention on the A338 at the junction with Grove Park Drive, Grove, on April 21. Fined £60, a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with four points.
Richard Brown, 26, of Walton Street, Oxford, convicted of stealing glasses worth £230 in Godstow Road, Oxford, on July 5. Fined £100, £230 compensation, a £15 victims’ surcharge, and £75 costs.
Tanya Fielding, 53, of Buckler Road, Oxford, admitted stealing a bottle of wine worth £10 from Tesco in Oxford on September 21. Fined £20, £9.99 compensation, and a £20 victims’ surcharge.
Oliver Marter, 26, of Valentia Road, Headington, Oxford, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress in George Street, Oxford, on July 7. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge and £25 costs.
