Sir – With reference to Mr Hadler’s letter re his fear of killing a cyclist (October 17) There are already laws regarding the subject but the problem arises from a failure to implement them.
About once a year the police will have a purge. Any offenders are then required to report to the police station to show they have purchased the required lights. That’s it.
