A judge is today expected to decide if a judicial review will take place into the planning process behind the student accommodation blocks built next to Port Meadow, Oxford. The Campaign to Protect Rural England wants the review held into Oxford University’s Castle Mill scheme on Roger Dudman Way, which it says has ruined historic views and is built on contaminated land.
