A 32-YEAR-OLD man will be sentenced next month after admitting inflicting assault causing grievous bodily harm.
Andrew Greenhough had denied GBH with intent but admitted the alternative charge at Oxford Crown Court yesterday.
Prosecutors told the court they would offer no evidence on the charge of inflicting GBH with intent.
Greenhough of Eastleigh, Hampshire, who is on conditional bail, left his victim with a fractured cheek bone after attacking him with a stick in Weyland Road, Headington, on May 4 last year.
He will be sentenced on November 21.
