THREE people were injured in a fight in Oxford city centre in the early hours of Saturday.

A 21-year-old man needed hospital treatment to his hand and two others were treated by paramedics at the scene of the affray in Hythe Bridge Street at about 3.40am.

Police described two suspects as white men in their early 20s and said one was dressed in dark clothing and the other was wearing a blue T-shirt and dark jeans.

Investigating officer PC Paul Jones, of Oxford police station, asked witnesses to call 101.
