Woodstock Road near Charlbury closed after reports of a single-vehicle collision
POLICE have blocked Woodstock Road near Charlbury after reports a car came off the road.
Witnesses at the scene have reported seeing a vehicle at the side of the road.
It is thought the police will reopen the road within the next hour.
