COOKS Sara Hume and Cher Chiu proudly showed off their cauliflower cheese dish at a free cookery class.
They were at yesterday’s session run by Food 4 All at Rose Hill and Littlemore Children’s Centre, which is supported by the Rose Hill Lottery Project.
Julia Hayes, from Food 4 All, runs the sessions, which aim to encourage residents to eat healthily.
Rose Hill mum-of-one Mrs Hume, 27, said: “The cookery session is one of the best courses I am doing at the moment.
“It is really good. The person teaching us is really nice and creative.”
She added: “I am really keen on baking.
“Because of this I can learn about baking and English food, as I am originally from Pakistan.”
The workshops run every Monday from 9.30am until 11.30am at the centre in Ashhurst Way.
