IMMIGRATION officials arrested three people after raiding a restaurant in Witney.
Officials from the UK Border Agency raided Shaan in Corn Street on Friday at 8pm.
Three Bangladeshi males were arrested and officials said two were illegal immigrants and one had overstayed his visa.
A spokesman for the Border Agency said they are currently being detained pending their removal from the UK.
Abdul Chawdhury, the manager of Shaan, said he checked the documents of the three employees when he interviewed them and thought they were in order.
