A 19-year-old cyclist suffered a serious head injury after he was involved in an accident with a black cab.
The collision happened at 2.18am, near Debenhams, in George Street, Oxford.
Police said he collided with a taxi coming in the opposite direction.
He was taken to Oxford’s John Radcliffe Hospital where he was treated for a head injury. His condition was described as serious but stable.
