RED feet, yellow feet and blue feet were out in force as Barefoot Books celebrated its second anniversary in Oxford.
The US-based children’s book publisher opened its Oxford Studio in Banbury Road, Summertown, in 2011, and the team has never looked back.
Staff members celebrated with regular customers. Feet were painted with bright colours and used to decorate the studio.
Team member 19-year-old Jaz Martell, pictured with Oscar Pocock, five, and fellow studio member Matt Girling, 23, said: “I’ve worked at the studio since it opened two years ago, and it has given me a fantastic opportunity to grow and learn. The thing I love most is the atmosphere and connecting with a huge range of people who come in. Every day is different and always exciting.
“There’s never a dull moment in this colourful place.”
