STUDENTS have now moved in to the controversial Castle Mill development in Roger Dudman Way, Oxford.
Oxford University has confirmed that “most” of the 312 student rooms at the development had been occupied, but would not say exactly how many.
The students have moved in despite the fact that certain planning conditions have not been met, and as independent expert Vincent Goodstadt prepares to review the planning process, which has been criticised.
