A 42-YEAR-OLD man denied three counts of tax fraud at Oxford Crown Court yesterday.
Timothy Smith, of Allder Close, Abingdon, is accused of three counts of VAT fraud committed on November 27, 2011, March 7, 2012 and May 5, 2012.
A trial date was set for January 6. Smith was released on unconditional bail.
