A man has been cleared of an assault outside a nightclub.
James Whitman, 29, of Glenwood Road, London, was unanimously found not guilty of assault occasioning actual bodily harm by a jury at Oxford Crown Court yesterday.
The incident happened in the early hours of March 7 this year outside Camera nightclub in St Ebbe’s Street, Oxford.
