Colleges in Oxfordshire have teamed up with 20 others to form a new working association called Premier Colleges.
They include Oxford & Cherwell Valley College, which has become City of Oxford College and Banbury & Bicester College.
The organisations said the aim was to raise aspirations, provide more choice in vocational qualifications, and link education with local employers.
