Dannie Bourne, 20, of Colwell Road, Berinsfield, admitted theft by finding after stealing £2,000 in Colwell Road, Berinsfield on September 4. Given a two-year conditional discharge and told to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge.

Kevin Capell, 31, of no fixed address, admitted fraud by false representation after attempting to exchange clothing intending to make a gain, namely cash, at Marks and Spencer, in Queen Street, Oxford, on October 9. Given a nine-month conditional discharge and told to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge.

Rodney Humphries, 53, of Samor Way, Didcot, admitted assault by beating in Didcot on September 29. Given a 12-month conditional discharge, told to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Marcin Jakubczak, 32, of Fairlie Road, Oxford, admitted assault by beating in Fairlie Road, Oxford on July 12. Also admitted using threatening, abusive, insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause fear or provoke unlawful violence in Fairlie Road, Oxford on July 12. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge and £50 costs.

Michael Dewsbury, 19, of Station Road, Didcot, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm, or distress in Didcot North, Broadway, Didcot on June 5. Admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress in The Orchard Centre, in Station Road, Didcot, on June 18. Also admitted dishonestly receiving a stolen bike in Didcot on June 8. Fined £250, told to pay £50 compensation, £150 costs, a £25 victims’ surcharge and given a 12-month conditional discharge.

Joshua Bikar, 23, of Botley Road, Oxford, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress in George Street, Oxford on June 25. Fined £25 and told to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge, and £85 costs.

Sthembiso Hlongwane, 31, of Hollow Way, Cowley, Oxford, admitted assault by beating and criminal damage worth £260 to a mobile phone in Oxford on August 7. Given an absolute discharge as he is to be deported in three weeks.

James Welsh, 25, of Downside Road, Headington, Oxford, admitted assault by beating at The Four Candles pub, in George Street, Oxford, on July 4. Community order made with a supervision requirement. Ordered to complete 100 hours of unpaid community work in the next 12 months. Also told to pay a £60 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Amelia Whitlock, 27, of Little Bury, Greater Leys, Oxford, admitted assault by beating in Little Bury, Greater Leys, Oxford on September 27. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge and £25 costs.

Martin Radbourne, 31, of West Court, West Street, Oxford, admitted theft of a bicycle worth £600 at Oxford Train Station, in Park End Street, Oxford, on August 12. Admitted stealing a £400 bike at the station on August 12, a £500 bicycle at the station on June 15 and cycle disc brakes on August 10. Also stole a bike worth £1,000 in Oxford on August 29. Given a 12-week prison sentence suspended for 12 months and told to pay an £80 victims’ surcharge. Given drug rehabilitation and supervision requirements.

BANBURY MAGISTRATES

Michael Ricketts, 58, of Thornhill Walk, Abingdon, admitted failing to give information relating to the identification of a driver between December 17 last year and January 14 this year in Banbury, having been required to do so by police. Fined £375 and ordered to pay a victims’ surcharge of £38 and £145 costs. Licence endorsed with six points.

Philip Oyweo, 48, of Magnolia Way, Carterton, admitted drink-driving on the B4477 in Carterton on September 16.Had 53 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Fined £600, ordered to pay a £60 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs and given a 12-month driving ban.

Mohammed Basharat, 34, of West Street, Banbury, admitted possessing cannabis, a class B drug, on September 18 in Banbury. Fined £75 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £45 costs.

John Walters, 49, of Matthew Way, Wootton, admitted driving a vehicle above the 30mph speed limit on Steventon Road, Drayton on September 14. Fined £80 and ordered to pay a victims’ surcharge of £15 and £80 costs.

Frazer Cooper, 26, of Stocks Mews, Carterton, admitted possessing cocaine, a class A drug, in Carterton on May 23.Given a community order with 40 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months. Also ordered to pay a £60 victims’ surcharge and £400 costs.

Adrian Fannon, 35, of Evenlode, Banbury, admitted stealing seven garden plant pots and plants worth £175 belonging to Homebase, in Banbury, on July 11. Also admitted possessing Cannabis resin, a class B drug, in Banbury on July 11. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and a community order requiring alcohol dependency treatment for three months. Also ordered to pay £87.50 compensation and a £60 victims’ surcharge.

Jaymeni Maru, 29, of Neithrop Avenue, Banbury, admitted dangerous driving in Bridge Street, Banbury on December 30 last year. Given a community order, requiring 100 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months. Ordered to pay a £60 victims’ surcharge, £150 costs and given a 12-month driving ban.

Austin Blacker, 23, of Boxhedge Road West, Banbury, admitted possessing ketamine, a class C drug, and cathinone derivative, a class B drug, in Station Caravan Park, Grimsbury, near Banbury, on August 24. Fined £220 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Paul Hicks, 58, of Cotswold Crescent, Chipping Norton, admitted breaching a non-molestation order by texting a woman on September 12 and 19 from Hailey Road, Chipping Norton and coming within 100 metres of her in Chipping Norton. Fined £300 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Geraldine Alder, 48, of Donnington Bridge Road, Oxford, admitted stealing a clutch bag worth £200 from Kate Spade New York, in Bicester, on September 22. Given a community order requiring a four-week curfew between October 8 and November 5, to remain at home between the hours of 8pm and 6pm. Told to pay a £60 victims’ surcharge.
