A RUNNER needed 10 stitches after he was bitten on the thigh by a dog.
The Dalmatian-cross dog bit the man on the Oxfordshire Way between Stonesfield and Charlbury at about 4pm on Sunday.
Police said the dog was on a lead and the owner did offer his details to the victim, who declined to record them.
Police described the owner as white and in his late 20s.
